Return & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to GlueCrew. We are committed to providing high-quality educational and creative products for families, teachers, and young learners — from printable papercraft kits to beautifully illustrated coloring books. We want every purchase to be a positive experience, and this policy explains how returns and refunds work for each type of product we sell.
GlueCrew sells two types of products:
- Digital products — printable papercraft kits and activity downloads, fulfilled via Etsy.
- Physical products — paperback coloring books, printed and shipped by Amazon KDP.
2. Digital Products Policy
Our digital items (printable papercrafts, activity sheets, and similar downloads) are delivered instantly as digital files. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
Once your files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully before completing your purchase on Etsy.
3. Physical Books Policy (Amazon KDP Fulfillment)
Our physical paperback books are printed, packed, and shipped directly by Amazon through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). GlueCrew does not handle physical inventory or shipping for these orders.
Because Amazon fulfills these orders, GlueCrew does not accept direct returns or exchanges for physical books purchased through Amazon.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please request a return, replacement, or refund directly through your Amazon account:
- Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- Select the GlueCrew book order.
- Choose Return or replace items and follow Amazon’s instructions.
Refunds and replacements for physical books are subject to Amazon’s standard return window and policies. Amazon’s customer service team will handle your request according to their guidelines.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Digital Files
If you experience a technical issue with your digital download — for example, a corrupted file, missing pages, or a formatting error — we are happy to help.
Please contact Alice (see the email address in section 5 below) with your order details and a description of the problem. We will review your request promptly and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file or another suitable resolution at no extra charge.
This support applies to genuine technical or formatting issues with digital files. It does not change our general policy that digital sales are non-refundable once successfully downloaded.
